Sue Joseph is an Audit Manager with JMA.  She has over 15 years of experience auditing low-income tax credit projects and conducting audits of organizations subject to Uniform Guidance, Government Auditing Standards, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, PA DCED and the City of Philadelphia Subrecipient Audit Guide.  Sue has an B.S. in Accounting from Montclair State University.
